Welcome to Shadoweave. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Shadoweave is a Moroccan clothing brand offering custom-printed apparel using a print-on-demand model. We partner with Todify, a trusted fulfillment service based in Morocco, to print and ship all orders.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order on our website.
3. Ordering Process
All products are made to order after purchase.
Once payment is confirmed, we begin production (2–4 business days).
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.
Please review sizing, colors, and quantities carefully before checkout.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
Prices include product cost; shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
We accept various secure payment methods, including card payments, and (if enabled) cash on delivery.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Morocco only.
Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after production.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the item is shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds
As a print-on-demand store, we only accept returns in the case of:
Defective or damaged items
Wrong item or size sent (if due to our error)
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on the Shadoweave website are owned by us or our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.
8. User Content & Conduct
You agree not to upload or share any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shadoweave and its partners (including Todify) are not liable for:
Any indirect or incidental damages from using our products or website
Losses due to misuse of products
Delays due to third-party logistics or payment providers
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved in Moroccan courts.
