At Shadoweave, each item is made to order — printed and shipped just for you. Because of this custom process, we only accept returns or issue refunds in certain cases.
✅ Eligible Returns
We accept returns or refunds only in the following situations:
You received the wrong item
The product was damaged or defective
You received the wrong size (if the fault is on our end)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Wrong size ordered (if the size was chosen correctly based on our size chart)
Custom products with your personal design
Please double-check the size guide before placing your order.
📦 Return Process
If you are eligible for a return:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
A short explanation

💸 Refunds
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, you will need to place a new order after your refund is approved.

If required, we'll provide the appropriate return address depending on your case — either our local address or Todify’s return center.
